These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services, programs, memberships, VIP days, intensives, and digital products offered by kJOY Designs (“Company,” “we,” “us”), operating under the brand name Katie Costello Coaching.

By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

The Company provides:

  • Private coaching (long-term coaching, short-term coaching, intensives, VIP days)

  • Group coaching programs and/or memberships (when offered)

  • Digital products, courses, downloads, and educational materials

All services are educational and advisory in nature.

Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment plans, if offered, are binding agreements and must be completed in full.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • You authorize the Company to charge the payment method on file according to your selected plan.

Access & Use of Content

  • Access is granted for the duration specified in the offer.

  • Access is non-transferable and for personal or internal business use only.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce Company materials without written permission.

All content is protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Conduct

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse or share content

  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
